Runcgrun works in conjunction with the CG 90x30 group to bring a community run/walk event - and young kid activity option - to the community as a positive family event during Child Abuse Prevention Month. Its a non- traditional run/walk course, round up your family, and you choose! Walk/run mapped to 1.5 mile, OR 1 hilly mile OR both. ALSO... The Sugar Rush Challenge Family Fitness & Fun for ages 8 and under (with helpers if needed). This is a timed series of structured activities that combines running, balancing, shuttling, climbing, and throwing. Runcgrun event proceeds from the Jingle Rush and Gold Rush are invested in you and your family, we hope you join in!
