T'ai Chi Fundamentals Class

Description

This class will help you increase strength, flexibility, balance, stress relief and self-discovery.  This is achieved by focusing on the structure and movements that are the basic building blocks for the Yang-style T’ai Chi practice. Join us and increase your physical efficiency and awareness while reducing stress. Our class is designed for students of all abilities.
