Description
The Opal Center for Arts and Education in Cottage Grove, Oregon announces a movie festival for students of all ages and call for submissions. Movies are limited to 30 minutes in length. New media approaches are encouraged.
Submission deadline for this event is February 26, 2015 but early response is greatly appreciated.
