Magnolia Gardens Senior Living is expanding and will begin construction of 37 new apartments with a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, October 2 at 11:00 a.m. at the Magnolia Gardens Senior Living Community located at 1425 Daugherty Avenue in Cottage Grove. Everyone is invited.
 
Magnolia Gardens Senior Living currently offers active assisted living, memory care, and independent living surrounded by glorious gardens in a serene residential neighborhood.
 
The new construction will maintain the natural beauty and wildlife access that Magnolia Gardens is known for, while enhancing the function and accessibility between the assisted living and memory care communities. The new construction will offer new assisted and memory care options.

Magnolia Gardens Senior Living will continue to feature a full range of services and life-enriching activities, including Bingo six days per week, art classes, crafts, special events, excursions throughout Oregon, a full-service beauty salon, three meals per day prepared by our chef, weekly housekeeping, multiple dog-walking paths, and glorious courtyards for relaxation and entertainment.
