This class will introduce the participant to the use of natural, non-toxic, locally-sourced materials for use in the new or existing home. We will take a wide view of natural building, from its historical roots to its modern day applications. The hands-on portion of the class will involve the identification and preparation of different materials from clay, lime, sand, straw and more.
