Leader Support Service provides on-site, interim, and part-time leadership support to businesses and nonprofits in the Eugene–Springfield area.

When organizations experience leadership gaps, team strain, or increasing operational demands, I step in alongside leaders and their teams to provide steady, practical support. This may include interim leadership coverage, short-term on-site support during transitions, or part-time leadership assistance for growing organizations.

My work focuses on helping teams stay aligned, supported, and moving forward—especially during times when leadership feels stretched.
