My work combines the principles of Speaking Circles and Relational Presence with Interest-based negotiation as a basis for resolving conflicts and improving relationships. I have learned and taught these skills everywhere from Arctic Alaska oilfields to Antarctic research stations. Critical Incident Stress Management / Peer and Community Support is another area of engagement based upon my 20+ year fire service career. My wife and I have our "retirement" home in Colombia and are choosing to settle in this area of Oregon to pursue our various interests. It is my honor to offer my helping hands to this community in the hope of improved relationships for all who call Cottage Grove home.
