Technicolor Hearts is an art project for lovers, a discourse between friends, an interactive expression of memories, sadness, happiness and a celebration of life. Using elements of visual and performance art the duo combine dreamy synthscapes woven in with arts + crafts pop, orchestral layering, raw folk and storybook rhyme.
Technicolor Hearts have shared the stage with TOBACCO (Black Moth Super Rainbow), Zola Jesus, Chairlift, Chelsea Wolfe, The Dum Dum Girls, Prince Rama, Dark Dark Dark, Emily Wells, Julianna Barwick and The Pains of Being Pure at Heart.
Naomi Cherie is a song crafter and classically trained violinist (ex-Agent Ribbons). She was also a guest violinist for Scottish pop group Camera Obscura during their 2009 US tour as well as Austin based artists Ume and Les Rav.
Joseph Salazar is a multi-instrumentalist and composer who focuses on guitar, synths, bass, drum machines and keyboards (ex-Death is not a joyride).
