About Our speakers:
Susan Norris and Hillary Moran are Career Advisors with Lane County, representing the JOBS Program of the Department of Human Services. They will be providing information about their Volunteer Work Experience program and their JOBS Plus wage reimbursement program, which can both be valuable assets for businesses and non-profits alike.
The Volunteer Work Experience Program can help businesses find volunteer help by connecting them with interested job-seekers in the local community. The JOBS Plus Program can help businesses hire and train temporary employees for six months while providing reimbursement for the majority of their wages.
