SUMMARY:Training\, Education & Membership Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Training\, Education\, and Membership (TEAM) Committee is a volunteer group consisting of Chamber members that work together to maintain and promote the growth of the Chamber membership.  The membership committee will seek to create and foster member benefit programs and member activities in keeping with the Chamber mission.  \n\n\n\nThis committee shall be responsible for maintaining and promoting the growth of the Chamber membership.  The membership committee will seek to create and foster member benefit programs and member activities in keeping with the Chamber mission.  This committee?s mission is also to reach out to new businesses and inform them how the chamber could work for them\, ensure new members understand how to make the most out of their membership\, and learn from established members how the chamber could work better for them.  The committee is currently working on reestablishing semi-annual or quarterly forums\, growing the mentor program\, and designing a membership drive\, in addition to reaching out to new businesses in our local and larger metro-community. \n\n* Membership enhancement events\n\n* Review Dues Structure and make recommendations for change as necessary\n\n* Mentor program\n\n* Organize Chamber forums\n\n* Make recommendations for membership orientation program
