DESCRIPTION:May is Mindfulness Month! Health Revolution Chiropractic is hosting a "Paint and Learn" workshop. During this workshop we will discuss the General Adaptive Potential and how it relates to our health. We will also provide free spinal health screenings. Then Wendy of Westcoasters will lead us through a paint session on a small canvas. The goal of this workshop is to promote mindfulness and provide an opportunity for community members to come together and enjoy a fun evening.
