DESCRIPTION:Genre: Motown Melody Bio: Jaws of Brooklyn is a Seattle based band inspired by 60's garage rock\, girl group harmonies and retro-soul. Founded in 2021 and dedicated to bringing high energy live performances to audiences with our retro BUT NOT kitchy music! Our new album Unstoppable was recorded with Ben Tanner from Alabama Shakes in Florence\, Alabama. Our last album Crush On You was played on 20 plus non com stations across the US. The Jaws of Brooklyn played SXSW 2025\, Fisherman's Village 2025 in Everett\, Ballard Seafood Fest and Bumbershoot 2025. In August 2025 we completed a 5 day tour of New York/New Jersey including playing Berlin under A in Manhattan.
