He has managed for-profit and non-profit organizations. He is an artist with a talent for branding who spent seven years as an art director. He spent another decade in finance as a branch manager and commercial banker\, helping businesses better understand and manage their resources. \n\nOver the past five years\, Robert worked with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce designing and delivering educational content\, building collaborations in support of local businesses\, and consulting on ways to improve organizational culture.\n\nRobert has recently stepped into the role of Director of the Lane Small Business Development Center\, where his team provides low-cost education\, no-cost advising and a suite of specialized services to support business growth throughout Lane County.
